Executive Summary
Lawrence (Laurie) Pane is an Australian, and a permanent resident of Los Angeles since 1985. He holds Engineering and Science degrees in addition to management, marketing, accounting, systems analysis, and corporate planning qualifications. Mr. Pane has been a director, CEO, and senior executive in a number of public and private companies in Australia and the United States. Since 1983, through his consulting group, he has been primarily involved in assisting Australian and US companies to enter the international market place. He has considerable experience in the development and implementation of marketing plans, technology transfer and licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment of international subsidiaries. Mr. Pane is a Fellow of King’s College, a Past President of the Australian American Chamber of Commerce of Southern California, and a Past President of the national Australian New Zealand American Chamber of Commerce.
